Flex is an Ottawa-based property management company that aims to meet the ever-changing needs of landlords and tenants. They offer full service property management, tenant placement services as well as apartment rentals and corporate and executive suites. We originally designed their brand in 2017 and recently worked with them to refresh their website and drive web traffic.

The Challenge
The real estate industry is a competitive one, so we needed to develop a website that set this property management company apart from their competitors. Their goals were to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic and refine their brand positioning.
With so many other property management companies out there, we needed to hone in what makes Flex special and find a way to clearly communicate that through brand messaging and their website design. Flex wanted to increase their web traffic to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Extensive SEO research was key to ensuring the site was optimized to drive organic traffic.
The Solution
We developed a refreshed look and feel for the website that was more in line with their current target demographic. Based on our market research, we tailored their brand voice and produced web copy that was aligned with their messaging strategy while also being strategically optimized for search performance.
We also implemented an updated content marketing strategy that involved long-form blog content.
The new website and blogs resulted in a 30% increase in organic web traffic for Flex, along with increased brand awareness and an improvement in the rankings for targeted keywords.
