The Challenge

As a local beauty studio, BBM needed a clear way to showcase their services while establishing expertise. They wanted a website that would improve their search engine rankings to allow them to reach new customers. They also needed to modernize their booking process to reduce friction and improve the customer experience, which involved the selection of a new CRM and salon booking system.

The Solution

BBM’s new website was designed to highlight their expertise in delivering top shelf beauty services, with dedicated service pages for each category. This was coupled with a brand new blog section which we wrote several search-friendly blogs for. We integrated their website with an online booking system and CRM, Vagaro, to allow customers to easily book appointments online.

The end result was a modern website with a clean and elegant design that supported BBM’s digital marketing goals. Their new website increased organic search traffic and improved the customer booking experience.
